Attendee guide
How attendance is recorded with e.id
There is no ticket and no barcode to bring. What you need is the attendee credential in your e.id account, and it is issued automatically once you register. The four steps below cover the whole process, from the registration email to your attendance being recorded.
Which step do you start at?
- You do not have an e.id account yet
- Start at step 1. The account was created for you when you registered, and the activation link is in your confirmation email.
- You already have an e.id account
- Skip step 1: no new account was created for you. Start at step 2.
- Step 1
Activate your e.id account
If you do not have an e.id account yet, one is created for you when you register and you receive an email with an activation link. Open it, set a password, done.
Skip this step if you already have an e.id account.
- Step 2
Claim the attendee credential
Sign in to your e.id account. The “Peserta Registry Meeting 2026” credential appears as pending. Tap Claim to add it to your wallet.
- Step 3
Check that the credential is active
Once claimed, the credential appears in your Credentials list marked Active. At this point everything is ready; there is nothing else to do before the event.
- Step 4
Scan the QR code at the registration desk
When you arrive, the organisers display a QR code at the registration desk. Open Scan QR in your e.id account and point it at the code. Your phone camera or Google Lens works too. Approve the request that appears, and your attendance is recorded.
The QR code changes every few minutes. That is normal, scan whichever one is on screen.
If this does not match what you see
The e.id interface can change, and a credential that does not appear is usually not your fault. Contact the organisers at helpdesk@pandi.id and quote the registration reference number from your confirmation email.
Have an e.id account but cannot sign in? Contact the organisers at helpdesk@pandi.id before the event, not when you are already at the venue.
