.id Registry Meeting 2026 is the transformation of PANDI Meeting, an annual forum held by PANDI to bring stakeholders in Indonesia's domain name together. In a spirit of collaboration, the event is a moment for discussing policy developments, governance, registry operations, innovation, and the strategic direction of the .id ecosystem, through synergy between government, regulators, registrars, communities, academics, industries, and international partners.

this year, taking theme on Building Foundation of Indonesia's Digital Identity, positioning the registry not merely as an address keeper, but as one foundation of national digital identity.

The event will be held for two days and ended up with Press Conference of ICANN87 Bali and Gala Anniversary.

The Main Lobby is the plenary room on day two: the opening, the four Indonesia Registry Meeting sessions, and the press conference. The Amphitheater hosts PPND training on day one and registrar training on day two. The Classroom hosts closed-door meetings and the MSME seminar.

Day one is given over entirely to PPND training across two sessions. Day two opens with the media FGD, then four registrar training topics through the afternoon.

Common questions

Before you arrive

What do I need to bring?

No ticket and no barcode to bring. After you register, e.id issues a “Peserta Registry Meeting 2026” credential to your e.id account. Sign in and claim it if it is still pending. At the venue the organisers display a QR code at the registration desk; you scan it using Scan QR in your e.id account, or with your phone camera or Google Lens, then approve the request that appears.

I do not have an e.id account yet. What happens?

One is created for you when you register, and you receive an email with an activation link to set a password. After that you can claim the attendee credential as normal. If the activation email never arrives, submit the registration form again with the same address and the confirmation will be resent. If it still does not arrive, contact helpdesk@pandi.id.

Can I move between rooms?

Yes. All three rooms run in parallel and breaks are aligned. One exception: the PPND training on day one runs as two full sessions.
